PDF, CSV or Excel from any Spanish bank. Upload 2–3 months to see trends.
PDF, CSV, XLS or XLSX. Add as many files as you like, then tap Read. Reading takes seconds; sorting new merchants with AI is a separate step.
Tap “Choose files” again to add more. Files are added to this list, not replaced.
CaixaBank: Cuentas → Movimientos → Descargar (Excel or PDF). BBVA: Cuenta → Movimientos → Exportar. Santander: Movimientos → Descargar. Sabadell: Cuentas → Movimientos → Exportar Excel. Revolut: Account → Statement → Excel or PDF.
Most statements are read right here in seconds; Claude (your own account) is only used for files the app can’t read and when you tap Categorize with AI. Everything is stored privately for you only. Re-uploading the same month merges without duplicates.
Fix a category and Sparepot remembers it for that merchant in future uploads.
Only what's in Autónomo counts for your autónomo taxes. Tap “Move to Autónomo”, or tick several and use the bar at the bottom. Tap a name to see details.
Claude looks at all your months together and suggests specific, cheaper alternatives in Spain.
Personal spending, average per month in the period you picked above.
Where most of your personal money goes, per month on average.
Subscriptions, bills and fees that repeat. Small amounts here add up over a year.
IRPF is part state tax and part regional tax, so the rates depend on the region you live in.
When you invoice a Spanish company or professional, they keep part of each invoice (the retención) and pay it to Hacienda for you. That tax is already paid, so it lowers what you need to set aside. You can use 7% in the year you register and the two years after, then it's 15%. Clients abroad and private individuals don't withhold anything.
Separate with commas. Money from these accounts or from your own name is treated as your own money moving, unless your income starts there (below).
Type the payer's name as it appears on your statement, for example “Creauctopus”. Payments from them are kept out of your autónomo income and taxed by their own rules. If you already keep the tax for an income in another account, tick the box so it isn't set aside twice.
With a buffer, leftovers fill it before the split starts: useful when income changes from month to month. Overspent months are refilled from the next leftovers first.
Helps spot money moving between your own accounts (Wise, HSBC, Revolut, Spanish banks) so it isn't counted twice. Foreign currencies are converted to euros automatically at the rate on each transaction's date.
Tax figures are estimates using the 2026 state IRPF scale plus your region's scale, the €5,550 personal minimum and the 5% allowance for general expenses. Family deductions and other personal circumstances can change the final amount. Check with a gestor before filing.
